1 Remove a power shaft and clear it.

2 Cut бокорезами a collar of fastening of a cover of the internal hinge.

3 Remove with the help выколотки запорную a cover from a hinge ring.

4 Remove a cover from a ring of the hinge and remove it on a power shaft.
5 Erase a rag greasing from the hinge.

6 Dissolve with nippers a lock ring and remove it.

7 Vypressujte a power shaft the corresponding tool-1 from the internal hinge of equal angular speeds-2. Thus the hinge holder should lie on a basic plate-3.

8 Check up presence of damages and a dirt in the hinge. If necessary replace the hinge. Whenever possible do not assort the hinge.
9 Clear the hinge for what it is necessary for disassembling. In this case mark at an end face position of a nave of the hinge, a separator and the hinge rather each other.

At hinge assemblage observe special cleanliness.

10 Remove an internal cover (the check point party) through a power shaft.
11 If necessary cut cover collars on the external hinge and remove a cover through a power shaft. Watch that the dirt has not got to the hinge.

At replacement of covers use the repair complete set. At cars with the big run it is recommended to replace the second protective cover also.

12 Carefully clear the hinge in the collected condition.

13 Put on new covers. Thus close sharp edges of a power shaft the corresponding plug or stick with a tape not to damage covers at putting on.

14 Fill the hinge with new special greasing.

Greasing is in the repair complete set “Protective cover”.

15 Put the internal hinge on a power shaft.

16 Establish with the tightening adaptation-1 in a vice.

17 Napressujte the hinge against the stop by means of a corresponding pipe-2.
18 Remove the tightening adaptation.
19 Put a new lock ring by means of nippers, watching its correct position in a groove.
20 Fill external both internal hinges and protective covers with special greasing in volume of 80 Watch that the dirt has not got to hinges.
21 Grease with a thin layer of hermetic “Curil T” or “Stucarit Dicht-Gel 309/4” sealing surfaces запорной covers. Establish a cover.
22 Grease with a thin layer of hermetic “Curil T” or “Stucarit Dicht-Gel 309/4” sealing surfaces of a cover of covers. Establish a cover.

23 Fix a cover on a cover by means of a collar and nippers, for example, HAZET 1847-1. Watch that the lock of the big collar lay between two apertures of the hinge.

24 Put on a cover of the external hinge and fix it on the big diameter.
25 Pull covers through a thickening on power shafts and fix collars.
26 Establish into place power shafts.
