1 Mark a paint position of a corresponding forward wheel concerning a nave. It will allow to establish at assemblage отбалансированное a wheel in its former position. Loosen the bolts of fastening of a wheel at the car standing on the earth. Lift a forward part of the car, put it on supports and remove a forward wheel.

2 Take out a cable and a brake hose from the holder-1 on an amortisation rack.

3 Turn away bolts of fastening and remove a support with directing with a rotary fist and adhere a wire to a body, address to Section Removal and installation directing forward brakes.

Brake hose do not disconnect. Otherwise at installation it is necessary to delete air from brake system.

4 Cars with the xenon lamps: Remove a corner-1 angular hinges of adjustment of range of light from the cross-section lever-2.

5 Turn away a nut-1 качательной support-2 from an amortisation rack. Thus keep a wrench-3 for planes of a pin of the hinge.

6 Turn away a nut-1 and a tip of steering draught-2 from the rotary lever-3, address to Section Removal and installation of a tip of steering draught.

7 Turn away a nut-1 and remove the hinge-2 from the rotary lever-3 stripper, for example, HAZET 779-1.

8 Adhere the rotary lever a wire that it has not fallen.

9 Turn on on some turns a bolt-1 and remove the rotary lever-2 downwards from an amortisation rack-3.

10 If the rotary lever does not act in film (the bottom arrow), unclench шлиц the rotary lever and fix tool position. HUNDRED are applied to this purpose by special tool BMW-31-2-200 or KLANN KL-0101. Insert the tool in шлиц and turn on a corner 90 .

11 Prop up from below an amortisation rack the garage lift that it has not fallen at отворачивании the top fastening.

12 Turn away three nuts of fastening-1 support of an amortisation rack.

If in a support of an amortisation rack there is no aligning pin-2 or a corresponding aperture, it is possible to turn on only one nut. Probably mark position of a carving finger in relation to a wheel arch that after installation to keep former disorder of wheels more precisely.

13 Take out an amortisation rack from a wheel arch.

14 Cautiously insert an amortisation rack into a wheel arch. The aligning finger should enter into a corresponding aperture of a support of a rack. Screw on fingers new nuts and tighten their moment 25 Н•м.

If in a support of an amortisation rack there is no aligning pin-2 or a corresponding aperture, expose a rack it agree the marks put at removal.

15 Put on a rotary fist-1 an amortisation rack-2 so that the aligning pin-3 has entered in шлиц a rotary fist.

16 Put on a fist a rack against the stop and tighten a bolt the moment 80 Н•м.
17 Insert the hinge into a rotary fist and fix a new nut the moment 65 Н•м.
18 Connect a tip of steering draught to a rotary fist and tighten a new nut the moment 65 Н•м.
19 Fix качательную a support a new self-stopped nut the moment 65 Н•м on an amortisation rack. Thus keep a wrench a pin of the hinge from проворачивания.
20 Cars with the xenon lamps: Establish a corner for adjustment of range of light on the cross-section lever.
21 Press a cable and a brake hose with rubber support in the holder.
22 Establish a support, address to Section Removal and installation directing forward brakes.
23 Establish into place a forward wheel so that the marks put at removal have coincided. Preliminary grease with a thin layer подшипниковой greasings aligning belt of a disk of a wheel on a nave. Bolts of fastening of a wheel do not grease. Rusty bolts replace. Wrap bolts. Lower the car on wheels and tighten bolts cross-wise the moment 100 Н•м.
