Removal and installation of the fan of a heater
The conditioner

|
1 Remove воздухосборную a box in an impellent compartment, address to Section Removal and installation of a box of an air inlet.
|
2 Turn away bolts of fastening and remove запорную a wall of a heater-1 from a wall of an impellent compartment-2, a few having rejected it upward. |
|
3 Remove заслонки fresh air-1 at the left and on the right for what reject the lever-2 upwards. |
|
4 Disconnect clips-1, turn out screws-2 and uncover-3 electric motors of the fan. |
|
5 Turn out screws (arrows on an illustration) and uncover the fan. |
|
6 Rasstykujte a socket-1. |
7 Open скобу-2 and cast away it upward.
8 Models 320i, 323i, 328i: Remove the top cover of the engine, address to Section Spark plugs.
9 Disconnect and take out the electric motor of the fan-3 with крыльчаткой forward. Thus the electric motor behind raise a little. |

0 Insert the fan electric motor. Thus watch that the lath of a back cover was fixed in a back window of the engine.
11 Lower скобы fastenings and fix.
12 Join a socket on the engine.
13 Fix the top cover five bolts.
14 Insert a cover of the electric motor of the fan and fix it from above. Press from below two скобы.

15 Connect заслонки fresh air at the left and on the right and fix them for what displace the lever downwards. |

16 Connect запорную a wall of a heater-1 two holders-2 below in a wall of an impellent compartment. Insert a cover both pins-3 into apertures-4 walls of a compartment and fix two screws-5. On an accompanying illustration the left half of cover is shown only. |
17 Establish воздухосборную a box in an impellent compartment, address to Section Removal and installation of a box of an air inlet.
18 Models 320i, 323i, 328i: Establish the top covers of the engine, address to Section Spark plugs. |

Heater without the conditioner

19 Remove воздухосборную a box in an impellent compartment, address to Section Removal and installation of a box of an air inlet.
|
20 Remove запорную a heater wall. |
21 Turn away four bolts of fastening крыльчатки the fan and remove it.
22 Turn away a bolt of fastening of a cover of the electric motor of the fan and remove it.
23 Rasstykujte a socket.
24 Open скобу fastenings of the electric motor and cast away upwards.
25 Models 320i, 323i, 328i: Remove the top covers of the engine, address to Section Spark plugs.
26 Take away forward the electric motor with крыльчаткой and take out. Thus raise the electric motor back a little. |

27 Establish the electric motor. Thus watch that the lath of a back cover was fixed in a back window of the engine.
28 Cast away downwards скобу and fix it.
29 Join an electric motor socket.
30 Establish a cover of the electric motor and fix a bolt.
31 Establish a cover of a wheel of the fan and fix four screws.

32 Establish запорную a heater wall. |
33 Establish воздухосборную a box in an impellent compartment, address to Section Removal and installation of a box of an air inlet.
34 320i, 323i, 328i: Establish the top covers of the engine. |
