Check of level/replacement of oil in a reducer of the back bridge

At maintenance service carrying out to change oil it is not required. Thus it is necessary to check tightness of a reducer only.

1 Before replacement of oil Manual transmission it should be heated-up to palm temperature for what pass on the car of 15 minutes

Operation of lifting and car installation on supports is connected with danger! Therefore before operation carrying out familiarise with Razdelom Poddomkrachivanie and towage


2 Establish the car horizontally on supports.

3 Turn out a stopper for заливания oils-1 face key on 10 mm or on 12 mm. If an oil quantity, oil level in norm pours out, and the box is tight. Otherwise check up a finger, whether reaches level of oil of the bottom edge of an aperture.

In the presence of more considerable leak of oil will establish the reason and eliminate it.


4 Substitute under a reducer capacity. Turn out a drain stopper-2 and merge oil.

Points of sale of oil accept free of charge certain quantity of the fulfilled oil. Therefore at purchase of new oil keep the receipt and the canister for possibility of delivery of the fulfilled oil! Protect environment, at all do not pour out the fulfilled oil and do not delete it together with a household waste.


5 Stopper of a drain aperture magnetic that the metal shaving which has got to a reducer was drawn to it. Wipe a shaving from a stopper. After that tighten a stopper with new aluminium lining А22 x 27 moment 50 Н•м.
6 Fill in oil in a reducer. The type and oil volume is resulted in Specifications.

Oil for transmissions has high viscosity, therefore it is not necessary to fill in too much oil at once. Wait some time and substitute capacity for gathering surplus of oil.


7 Tighten a stopper of a mouth with new aluminium lining А22 x 27 moment resulted in Specifications.
