1 Remove a back brake disk.

2 Disconnect by means of nippers a forward returnable spring, a spring with traces of corrosion or the weakened spring replace.

3 compress a spring a face key on 5 mm a little, turn on a corner 90 (1/4 turns) and remove a press spring with brake Pads.

4 Similarly remove a spring from another brake Pads.

5 Separate both brake Pads above and remove downwards.

6 Check up ease of a course of the lock, if necessary remove it. For this purpose pull an element-1 back, squeeze out a finger-2 and remove an element-3 from a cable.

Necessarily replace brake Pads on both parties.
1 Slightly grease sliding surfaces and a finger of the lock with greasing “Molykote-Paste-G”.

2 Connect above the lock to a finger-2 with a cable of a drive of a brake.

3 Check up movement of the mechanism of adjustment brake колодок-1, slightly grease a carving with greasing “Molykote”. Turn on back a carving element.

4 Establish the mechanism of adjustment brake колодок below between brake колодками. Connect a returnable spring-2 (a spring of smaller diameter) with brake колодками. 3 – the top returnable spring.

5 Insert into place brake Pads. Above brake Pads should enter into grooves (arrows on an illustration) the lock.

6 Press two springs of compression by a face key on 5 mm and simultaneously turn on a corner 90 . In the closed position marks on a screw head cost, as is shown in an illustration.

7 By means of nippers for a brake spring connect the top returnable spring.

8 Brake Pads (arrows on an illustration) should adjoin to a support скобы brakes.

9 Establish to the place of a brake disk and a back wheel.
10 Adjust a lay brake, address to Section Adjustment of a lay brake.
