1 Take away facing of a luggage compartment around shock-absorber fastening.

Operation of lifting and car installation on supports is connected with danger! Therefore before operation carrying out familiarise with Razdelom Poddomkrachivanie and towage |
2 Lift and establish on supports a back part of the car.
|
3 Prop up the bottom cross-section lever-4 garage lift, having enclosed a wooden lining.
|
|
If this condition is not carried out, the suspension bracket beam will fall after a shock-absorber detachment downwards. The power shaft can be thus damaged. |
|
4 Disconnect the shock-absorber-1 at a suspension bracket beam. Mark position of both washers for possibility of the subsequent assemblage. The persistent washer shows-3 rubber support towards a head of a bolt-2.

5 Turn on two nuts of fastening of an aligning cup. |
6 Remove an intensifying plate if it is available, on a car left-hand side.
7 Take out downwards the shock-absorber.

The shock-absorber hold only vertically. Otherwise during car movement there can be a raised noise. Then it is necessary to extend a rod and to put the shock-absorber at 24 o'clock at a room temperature (+20С). |

|
|
8 Check up the shock-absorber, address to Section Removal and installation of the back shock-absorber.
9 Lining between the shock-absorber and a body necessarily replace with the new.
10 Insert the shock-absorber.
11 Insert an intensifying plate if she acted in film.
12 Fix the shock-absorber above two new self-stopped nuts and tighten their moment 25 Н•м.
13 Fix the shock-absorber below, without tightening while a fastening nut. Do not forget to put thus a washer from both parties of fastening of the shock-absorber. The persistent washer of a rubber support should show towards a bolt head.
14 Take away the garage lift and lower the car on wheels.
15 At a tightening of a nut of fastening of the bottom support of the shock-absorber the car should not be loaded. Following conditions should be for this purpose satisfied:
— The car is completely filled by fuel;
— мдавление in tyres in to correspond to the established;
— The car has the following scheme of loading: 2 Х 68 kg in front, 1Х 68 kg behind, 1 Х 21 kg in the luggage carrier centre;
— Car suspension brackets прожаты.
16 Tighten the bottom bolt of fastening by the moment 100 Н•м.
17 Close a cover of a luggage compartment. |
