1 Suck away oil from the tank by means of the corresponding device or usual шлицем.
2 Remove the bottom cover of an impellent compartment, address to Section Removal and installation of the bottom cover of an impellent compartment.
3 Remove клиновой a belt, address to Section Removal, installation and a tension клинового a belt.

Hit in hydrosystem of any pollution is not supposed. Open pipelines and hoses close stoppers or polyethylene, having fixed its rubber plait.

4 Release a collar-1 and disconnect soaking up hose.

5 Turn on накидную a nut and disconnect a pressure head line-2.
6 Turn away bolts of fastening-3 and disconnect a pulley keeping it from rotation for internal шестигранник-4 shaft of the pump a face key on 10 mm.

7 Turn on from above two bolts of fastening-6 pumps of the hydraulic booster and remove the pump.-3 bolts of fastening of a pulley,-7 pulley.

8 Insert into place the pump of the hydraulic booster and fix its bolts.
9 Establish into place a pulley and fix it.
10 Fix a pressure head line накидной a nut.

М14 - 35 Н•м
М16 - 40 Н•м
11 Put on клиновой a belt, address to Section Removal, installation and a tension клинового a belt.
12 Establish the bottom cover of an impellent compartment, address to Section Removal and installation of the bottom cover of an impellent compartment.
13 Fill system with new oil and remove from system air.

Repeatedly it is not necessary to apply the liquid which was in the use.
