Replacement of impellent oil and the oil filter

17 Replace rubber rings (with illustrations 6.15) on the central bolt and a cover. Grease new sealing rings with impellent oil. 18 Put directly from above a cover of the oil filter with маслопроводом and press it. Thus маслопровод enters into a corresponding aperture at the filter bottom. 19 Tighten a cover the moment 25 Н•м. Filling of system with oil 20 Screw a stopper of a drain aperture with a new sealing ring and tighten densely but so that not to press. The moment of an inhaling for carving М12 (“17”) makes a key 25 Н•м, for carving М22 – 60 Н•м. 21 Fill in new oil through a jellied branch pipe of a cover of a head of cylinders. The volume of filled in oil is resulted in Specifications.
22 Start the engine and allow to it to work on single turns until the control lamp will go out. Stop the engine. 23 Having waited for 5 mines, check up level of oil and if necessary add oil. The difference between marks of level of oil Min and Max corresponds to volume of 1 l. 24 Close заслонку in a cover of an impellent compartment under the pallet картера and turn a crosswise screw-driver запорный an element on 1/4 turns, having fixed, thus, заслонку. 25 Pass on the car and check up tightness of a drain stopper and the oil filter. If necessary cautiously tighten. |
