Removal, installation and door adjustment

By means of the washers enclosed in a loop from below, the door can be adjusted


1 — a bolt 2 — a loop top from outside bodies 3 — a loop axis	4 — a loop with the plug top from outside doors 5 — a washer 6 — a lock washer

Forward and back doors are established equally.

REMOVAL

1 Turn out a bolt-1 and wring out the terminator of a door-2 from a rack And.

2 Turn out a bolt-1 at each loop by means of a head on 10 mm and rattles.

For protection of a paint and varnish covering of a door and a forward wall stick with their tape

3 Take out a door from loops and put on linings (the marksman on an illustration). The lining should have such height that the plait of cables did not test a tension.

4 Turn away bolts of fastening of a framework of the tip (an arrow on an illustration). After that take out the tip.

5 Pull upward скобу (the top arrow). Thus, the socket will be расстыкован.

INSTALLATION

6 Join a socket of consumers and fix it. Press the tip into a door rack, tighten bolts of fastening of a framework the moment 5 Н•м.
7 Insert a door into loops from above and from below by means of the assistant. The door goes an axis-3. By means of the washers enclosed in a loop from below, the door if necessary can be adjusted anew. At installation of the same door adjustment, as a rule, is not required.
8 Screw in each loop on a bolt-1.
9 Fix on a rack And the door terminator.
10 Close a door and check up, whether a uniform backlash between a door and a body. If necessary turn away bolts at loops and adjust a door the top bolts on height.

At installation new under loops remote washers are enclosed to displace a door outside or inside

The door is regulated only complete with elements concerning it, such as window lifterами, glasses, etc., as door position depends on its weight. At adjustment of consolidation of a door it is necessary to remove. If acted in film a forward and back door, at first it is necessary to expose a back door, and then a lobby.

11 Oslabte screw-driver Torx the screw-1 fastenings скобы the lock on a rack To doors and ослабьте the screw-2 so that скоба could move. Attention:-3 it is not necessary to change Adjustment of depth.

If it is necessary to remove скобу, keep in mind the following. Instead of the top screw screw a hairpin that the carving lath has not fallen in a door rack. Then turn away the bottom screw and remove скобу.

12 Open the handle of a door and hold it. Close a door. Thus, are established height-4 and an inclination скобы the lock.
13 Cautiously open a door and tighten screws the moment 20 Н•м.

The door from the forward party can leave inside no more than on 1 mm and from the back party to act no more than on 1мм. Worn out скобу the lock it is necessary to replace preliminary.
