| 1 Disconnect a reception pipe from a final collector, address to Section Removal and installation of the inlet pipeline.
2 Turn away two bolts of fastening of the pipeline for air giving in a final collector.
3 Turn away bolts of fastening and remove a final collector from a head of cylinders. | |

| 4 Clear sealing surfaces on a final collector and a head of cylinders. A sealing lining necessarily replace with the new.
5 Grease a carving of hairpins of fastening of a final collector with high-temperature copper greasing.
6 Fix a final collector new self-stopped copper nuts, having tightened them cross-wise from within outside, the efforts resulted in Specifications.
7 Fix the pipeline of giving of air with a new lining on a final collector.
8 Fix a reception pipe with new consolidation by the moment 30 Н•м on a final collector. | |

| 9 Remove filtering element of the air filter of the engine, address to Section Replacement of a filtering element of the air filter.

10 Remove covers of bolts of fastening турбокомпрессора in points-1.
11 Remove downwards the screen at a lath-2 (an arrow on an illustration). | 12 Turn away fastening bolts турбокомпрессора to a final collector through three apertures.
13 Turn away two bolts of fastening of the pipeline recycling the fulfilled gases from a final collector.
14 Turn away a nut of fastening and remove a final collector from a head of cylinders. | |

22 Establish filtering element of the air filter of the engine, address to Section Replacement of a filtering element of the air filter. |

Owing to the limited space the right support of the engine should act in film with adaptation application. For this purpose the engine should rise the crane. | 23 Remove воздухосборную a box, address to Section Removal and installation of a box of an air inlet.
24 Remove gauges of oxygen from both final collectors, address to Section Removal and installation of the gauge of oxygen.
25 Turn away a nut of fastening and remove a reception pipe from a final collector, address to Section Removal and installation of system of release.

26 Raise the engine the crane for a forward eye. If the crane available is not present, pass a cable through an eye. Enter under a cable a strong pipe and put it on two support. |

Establish adaptation BMW 00 0 200 at the left and on the right on support of wings and fix their bolts. There is also other adaptation: KLANN № KL-0205-3US. |
27 Raise the engine the lift approximately on 5 mm to unload engine support.
28 Remove the amplifier of a forward part of the car, address to Section Removal and installation of a beam of a forward suspension bracket.
29 Turn away bolts of fastening of the right support of the engine with an arm from a body and the engine.
30 Disconnect at first forward, and then a back final collector from a head of cylinders. | |
